Delray Wannemacher – Chairman and CEO
An Air Force veteran, Delray sets the strategic vision for the Company. His 25-year business background includes building and selling technology businesses, and extensive involvement in capital markets, energy, blockchain, and fintech among many others. His experience with data centers goes back to MCI WorldCom, where he led the successful upgrade of 174 datacenters to become Y2K compliant. Delray has an extensive background in technology and applied science and knowledge in WAN (Cloud) and LAN infrastructure, as well as a deep familiarity with designing, deploying, and maintaining data centers.
Daniel Wong – President and Board Member
Daniel Wong, President, leads the Company’s sales and marketing efforts. He has worked in telecom, helping expand Verizon’s footprint across Southern California and ran a capital markets consulting firm where he worked with companies in the biotech, telecom, blockchain, fintech, entertainment, and resources industries and assisted publicly traded micro-cap companies to expand their market reach by creating solid business structures and developing effective communication with clients and investors.
General Anthony Tata – Board Member
Brigadier General Anthony J. Tata (U.S. Army, retired) formerly performed the duties of Undersecretary of Defense for Policy, the Number 3 position in the United States DoD. His leadership included implementing the National Defense Strategy and working closely with allies to achieve strategic goals globally. In his civilian life, Mr. Tata served as Secretary of Transportation for the state of North Carolina and as the COO of Washington DC Public Schools. Mr. Tata is also focused on maritime real estate, asset management software solutions, special needs education software, cybersecurity, and oil/gas infrastructure.
Clay Seibert – VP of Operations
Clay has almost 30 years of highly valued information technology experience and is a certified professional with proven success as a Director/Manager and consultant in a diverse array of dynamic business environments. His extensive project management experience enables him to develop and execute processes and procedures that improve efficiencies and achieve operational goals and objectives for EDGE.
Paul Manos – Controller and Acting CFO
Paul Manos, Controller and Acting CFO, leads the Company’s finance function, drawing on his unique background in public company finance, accounting and information technology. He previously served as interim CFO for a SaaS company and has provided expertise in SEC and financial reporting, management consulting, controllership, and external audit to small to midsize public, “going public,” and crowdfunded clients in the SaaS, IT, investor relations, financial services, staffing, and hospitality sectors. His information technology background includes small business managed services and support and enterprise infrastructure projects.
Ismael Fernandez, PhD, MBA – Acting CTO and Advisor
An aerospace engineer specialized in finance from Georgia Institute of Technology; Dr. Fernandez is a former Senior Manager at GE Energy who currently leads the product development efforts of EDGE Data Solutions. In the past 12 years, Dr. Fernandez has been leading a consulting organization that has assisted over $500 million investments in the U.S. in a wide range of applications, mostly in small businesses technology sector. He is also the chair of the Advisory Board at EDGE.
Jeremias Butto – Chief Engineer and Nuclear Scientist
A nuclear and systems engineer with strong background in fluid dynamics and heat and mass transfer, has over 12 years of experience working in a range of projects from industrial applications to the space program including structural components, thermodynamics, and mechanical environmental systems. Mr. Butto has extensive experience in spacecraft structure design and system engineering. Worked in space missions such as: ARSAT-1, ARSAT-2, SAOCOM, SARE, SABIAMAR, TRONADOR 2. Jeremias assists in many aspects of engineering, from new products to installations.
